Teams at Better Together Strengthening Families, Inc.

Identify, research, and qualify high-capacity philanthropic prospects; prospect and secure introductory meetings; build and maintain a pipeline of six- and seven-figure donor opportunities; manage prospect records and pipeline in Salesforce; coordinate handoffs with cultivation and solicitation teams; provide regular pipeline reporting and strategic recommendations.

Manage outreach to churches, donors, employers and community partners in North Central Florida. Research prospects and events, generate leads, create marketing emails, give presentations, close partnerships, track leads in CRM, and follow up on event contacts. Work primarily in the field, with evening/weekend flexibility and monthly on-call participation.

Build and manage community partnerships in Southwest Florida by researching prospects, prospecting and closing leads, delivering presentations, networking at events, and tracking relationships in the CRM. Spend majority of time in the field engaging churches, donors, employers and volunteers, and support regional leadership in outreach and partnership growth.
