Teams at Better Together Strengthening Families, Inc.

Build and manage partnerships with churches, donors, employers, and community organizations across Southwest Florida. Responsibilities include researching prospects and events, acquiring and converting leads, creating outreach emails, conducting presentations, networking, tracking activity in Salesforce, and following up with potential partners. The role requires extensive community fieldwork, daily travel, evening and weekend flexibility, monthly on-call participation, and alignment with Better Together’s mission and core values.

Identify, research, and qualify high-capacity philanthropic prospects; prospect and secure introductory meetings; build and maintain a pipeline of six- and seven-figure donor opportunities; manage prospect records and pipeline in Salesforce; coordinate handoffs with cultivation and solicitation teams; provide regular pipeline reporting and strategic recommendations.

Manage outreach to churches, donors, employers and community partners in North Central Florida. Research prospects and events, generate leads, create marketing emails, give presentations, close partnerships, track leads in CRM, and follow up on event contacts. Work primarily in the field, with evening/weekend flexibility and monthly on-call participation.
