Leads and develops regional executive directors across Florida, ensuring healthy teams, operational excellence, measurable outcomes, and strategic execution. Responsibilities include coaching leaders, setting performance expectations, analyzing KPIs and trends, improving program quality, managing budgets and resources, strengthening partnerships, resolving complex issues, and building regional capacity. The role requires regular statewide travel and supports a hybrid, remote-within-Florida work environment.

Build and manage partnerships with churches, donors, employers, and community organizations across Central East Florida. Responsibilities include researching prospects, acquiring and converting leads, creating outreach emails, conducting presentations, networking at events, tracking activity in Salesforce, and following up with prospective partners. The role requires extensive community fieldwork, daily travel, evening and weekend flexibility, monthly on-call participation, and strong communication and sales skills.
