Perform delegated report reviews and clinical audits for Positive Behaviour Support (PBS); manage and report findings from the NDIS Submissions Portal; review non-restrictive practice documentation; provide clinical governance and human-rights/person-centred feedback; track PBS timelines; analyse clinical interventions per evidence-based practice; and support clinical quality improvement in a non-client-facing QA role.

Provide participant-centered physiotherapy across NDIS and aged care caseloads in homes, clinics and community settings. Supervise and support clinicians, participate in multidisciplinary care, and maintain clinical documentation. Receive 1:1 and group supervision and access to professional development and leadership pathways.

Deliver community-based, participant-led physiotherapy to NDIS clients (ages 6–65) with neurological and spinal conditions. Conduct assessments, design practical therapy plans, build long-term therapeutic relationships, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across homes, day centres, parks and clinics.
