Own and improve Better Health’s revenue engine across lead generation, enrollment, documentation, shipment, and recurring revenue. Identify funnel bottlenecks, analyze root causes, redesign workflows, and implement AI- and automation-enabled solutions. Lead revenue operating cadence, forecasting, analytics, CRM governance, and cross-functional initiatives from hypothesis through measurable results. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, RCM, Finance, Product, and Engineering while driving execution without direct authority.

Provide onsite workplace operations support in the San Francisco office: maintain operational readiness, handle mail and packages, coordinate visitor access, manage office upkeep and vendor/building coordination, ship swag/gifts, and offer administrative support across teams during business hours.
