Serve as the primary Spanish-language account contact for accredited businesses: onboard, support renewals and engagement, translate communications, document accounts in CRM, partner with internal teams, and represent BBB at local events to improve experiences for Spanish-speaking businesses.

Prospect and engage local businesses via phone, email, and other channels to qualify leads, present BBB accreditation value, manage a sales pipeline, onboard new members and collect membership fees, overcome objections, and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
