First DevRel hire responsible for developer education, polished demos, community engagement, public representation, and improving developer experience. Build docs, tutorials, reference apps (TypeScript/React/Next.js), run workshops and events, diagnose and fix developer issues, and grow the open-source ecosystem and community.

Own backend and platform development for hosted and self-hosted deployments: design APIs, runtime architecture, data and event pipelines, edge/serverless services, deployments, observability, and SOC 2–level security and compliance to ensure reliability and scalability.

Design and evolve the open-source auth framework and enterprise platform: core architecture, public APIs, plugin and package systems, cross-runtime compatibility, reactive client state, security protocols, release quality, and OSS contributor leadership.

Build and own the full-stack Better Auth infrastructure dashboard: design and implement frontend (App Router) and backend APIs, data and analytics pipelines, performance, security, and enterprise features with product and design judgment.
