Lead Market-to-Sales requirements and solution design for Salesforce Sales Cloud/CPQ/Billing. Translate business needs into deliverable user stories, prototype solutions, guide implementations, and collaborate with agile teams to streamline and automate sales processes.

Provide hands-on administration, monitoring, incident response, and change execution for Aspect WFM (Alvaria) and Intradiem. Troubleshoot application, server, database, and integration issues; run upgrades and integrations; support major incident bridges and on-call rotations; document runbooks and transfer knowledge to Level 1/2 support; collaborate with vendors and engineering to improve workforce automation and reporting integrations.

Lead design, build, and maintain scalable end-to-end test automation frameworks (UI, microservices, performance). Develop automation scripts, implement CI/CD, run performance testing, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, UX, DevOps, and QA in Agile teams to ensure high-quality SaaS releases.
