Owns quality for a cloud-based distributed SaaS platform through functional, system, integration, end-to-end, regression, exploratory, and cloud testing. Designs risk-based coverage and test matrices, validates microservices, APIs, databases, integrations, scalability, resiliency, and data integrity, and investigates complex distributed-system defects. Collaborates with Product, Development, DevOps, and Architecture teams on defect resolution, Agile ceremonies, release readiness, and quality risk management.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and support services roles, including technical and volume hiring. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interview coordination, talent pipeline development, stakeholder partnership, compensation negotiation, offer management, candidate engagement, and recruitment metrics reporting. The role requires hiring expertise across cloud, DevOps, software development, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, technical support, service desk, and NOC functions.

Leads IT support operations, service quality, asset lifecycle, tooling, and escalation management. Serves as incident commander for Sev1 and Sev2 events, coordinating technical response, communications, post-incident reviews, and problem management. Manages and develops a support team, oversees a managed service partner, maintains documentation and self-service resources, and reports SLA, CSAT, and incident trends to leadership. The role also matures incident processes, automates workflows, and coordinates with cybersecurity and professional services teams.
