Provide front-line onsite and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and enterprise applications. Troubleshoot hardware, OS, software, network, VPN, and printer issues; log and manage tickets in ITSM tools; assist with OS installs, patching, endpoint protection, onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and documentation under mentorship.

Execute functional, integration, regression, and data validation tests for ServiceNow SAM publisher integrations. Validate entitlement reconciliation, discovery mappings, normalization rules, reclamation workflows, and compliance reporting. Author test cases/scripts, log and triage defects, support UAT, and collaborate with admins and developers to ensure data integrity and accurate license compliance.

The role involves supporting and optimizing enterprise cloud voice platforms, troubleshooting voice issues, implementing automation, and leveraging AI for enhanced efficiency.
