Designs and maintains security controls across corporate and BYOD environments, focusing on threat detection, SIEM and EDR operations, vulnerability management, red and purple teaming, endpoint protection, incident response, forensics, and breach readiness. The role also automates security workflows, supports ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and HIPAA compliance efforts, develops documentation, and provides technical guidance to stakeholders. Requires working EST hours from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.

Develop and maintain Python backend services, REST APIs, data models, integrations, and cloud-native workflows on AWS. Build scalable serverless applications supporting AI-powered and Human-in-the-Loop features, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with Full Stack Engineers. Responsibilities include feature ownership, testing, code reviews, documentation, and release support. The role requires backend production experience, API development, database expertise, third-party integrations, Git workflows, and strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Administers and configures global finance applications, including Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, Coupa, Concur, BlackLine, and Longview. Manages user provisioning, role security, tickets, system troubleshooting, integrations, software updates, release testing, documentation, auditor requests, and staff training. Supports finance technology implementations and deputizes for the Global Finance Applications Lead while collaborating with finance leaders, process owners, auditors, and outsourced support partners.

Provide timely, professional customer support to U.S.-based customers through voice and chat channels. Resolve simple to complex issues, document interactions, meet productivity and quality metrics, follow SLAs and company policies, escalate issues when needed, and maintain high customer satisfaction. The role requires strong English communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, flexibility for U.S. time zones and rotational shifts, and willingness to extend hours during peak periods.

Manages Terraform-based infrastructure, GitHub Actions workflows, and Python, Bash, and PowerShell automation. Administers identity systems including Active Directory, Entra ID, and Okta, while supporting networking, security, compliance, IT assets, and service management. Serves as a senior escalation point, mentors teammates, improves standards, and reduces technical debt.

Administers and configures globally used finance applications, including Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, Coupa, Concur, BlackLine, and Longview. Manages application security, user provisioning, tickets, integrations, releases, testing, documentation, audits, and troubleshooting. Partners with Finance leadership, auditors, outsourced support providers, and project teams to maintain reliable systems during reporting cycles and support finance technology implementations and transformations.

Manages user provisioning, role security, SOX controls, tickets, integrations, outages, software updates, testing, documentation, training, and auditor requests. Supports finance technology implementations, transformation projects, outsourced partners, and senior Finance leadership during US Eastern Time business hours.

Administer and configure global finance applications (Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, Coupa, Concur, BlackLine, Longview). Manage user provisioning, role security and SOX controls, triage tickets and outages, coordinate releases and testing, support auditors, train staff, and support implementations and integrations while working US EST hours.

Lead design and execution of the organization's IT and business compliance program. Maintain policies, conduct control testing and audits, manage remediation and exceptions, coordinate external certifications, perform vendor risk assessments, and deliver compliance reporting, training, and dashboards across Security, Privacy, and IT controls.

Administer and configure global finance applications (Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, Coupa, Concur, BlackLine, Longview). Manage user provisioning, role security (SOX controls), ticket queues, incident troubleshooting, release testing, integrations monitoring, documentation, auditor support, and training. Act as key contributor on implementations and deputize for Global Finance Applications Lead during absences while working US EST business hours.

Implement DevSecOps practices—pipeline security, vulnerability scanning, secrets management, monitoring, SLOs/SRIs—and contribute to portal application code (modern JS/TS + REST). Work US Eastern hours with the team to deliver reliable, automated infrastructure and deployments.
