Lead all finance and accounting functions for the nonprofit, ensuring fiscal stability, GAAP and grant compliance, cash flow and budget management, audit coordination, internal controls, and financial reporting to the Board. Supervise accounting staff and serve as primary liaison with auditors, funders, and regulatory agencies to support long-term financial sustainability.

Oversee overnight shelter operations, complete intake and paperwork for incoming guests, monitor participant behavior, enforce shelter rules and safety plans, de-escalate conflicts, coordinate shift handoffs with day staff, maintain records and confidentiality, and ensure a safe, secure environment.
