Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. Supervise day-to-day operations of the Day Drop-In Center, Hospitality Center, and related programs; manage staff, volunteers, client intake, referrals, HMIS documentation, and basic needs services; ensure trauma-informed, safe services; coordinate with case management, community partners, and grant reporting.
