Provides outreach, crisis intervention, and intensive case management to individuals experiencing homelessness or residing in emergency shelters. Coordinates with government agencies, clinical and medical staff, and community providers to address housing, health, financial, and service needs. Supports emergency shelter placement, housing stabilization, benefits management, budgeting, and transitions to stable housing, including services for individuals with mental illness, substance abuse histories, chronic medical conditions, and disabilities.

Manages front desk security for a 24/7 residential facility by controlling building access, monitoring visitors and cameras, answering phones, conducting hourly rounds, maintaining security logs, verifying approved guests, responding to emergencies, and supporting a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
