Provides direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting, administers medications and treatments, monitors patient conditions, communicates changes to physicians, maintains accurate documentation, and builds relationships with residents and families. The role offers full-time, part-time, PRN, weekend-only, and flexible day, evening, and night shift options.

Leads and evaluates nursing services in a long-term care facility. Develops nursing policies, staffing plans, budgets, schedules, education, infection-control programs, and quality-improvement initiatives. Supervises nursing personnel, coordinates resident care, ensures regulatory compliance, supports recruitment and performance evaluations, and collaborates with administrators, physicians, families, residents, and interdisciplinary teams.
