Oversee MDS assessments, documentation, and care planning to ensure Medicare/Medicaid regulatory compliance. Optimize reimbursement, perform chart audits, develop/update care plans, and support restorative nursing training and quality monitoring.

Prepare beverages and assist with meal service according to resident diet orders; wash, sanitize, and store dishes and kitchen/dining equipment; clean food-contact surfaces; follow time and temperature food safety guidelines; provide customer service to residents. PM shift, part-time role with every-other-weekend and holiday coverage.

Provide professional nursing care to assigned residents in an assisted living/long-term care setting: verify physician orders, administer medications and treatments, assess and document resident condition, assist with admissions/transfers/discharges, develop care plans, instruct residents and families, and supervise CNAs.
