Prepare and assemble resident meal trays on the tray line, verify trays three times, follow diet orders and specifications, work weekends and variable days, cooperate with residents and staff, and provide compassionate service. Full training provided; kitchen experience preferred.

Perform and complete accurate MDS assessments and interdisciplinary care plans per federal/state guidelines. Identify resident acuity, coordinate care with disciplines, train staff on RAI process, transmit completed assessments, attend Medicare/clinical/QAPI meetings, and act as case manager communicating with insurers for continued authorization.
