Provides outpatient primary, urgent, and pain management care, including examinations, diagnoses, treatment, patient management plans, documentation, follow-up communication, referrals, and continuity of care. Works collaboratively with physicians and providers in a busy multi-specialty practice, using Allscripts EMR and maintaining patient confidentiality. New graduates are welcome; bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.
