Provide trauma-informed case management for 15–20 families in a residential shelter: intake, assessments, individualized service plans, housing navigation, benefits and systems navigation, coordination with community partners, documentation in HMIS/EHR, weekly 1:1s, aftercare, and participate in on-call and shelter operations.

Provide front-line shelter support: greet clients, offer trauma-informed crisis intervention, enforce policies, manage supplies and cleanliness, document shifts and incidents, coordinate volunteers, and collaborate with team to ensure client safety and dignity.
