Provide unit-based clinical education and leadership: design and deliver evidence-based curricula, assess learning and competency, lead quality improvement initiatives, translate data into practice, support staff orientation and development, facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration, implement new technology training, and maintain clinical expertise and required certifications.

Manages administrative operations for the Cancer Clinical Trials Office: serves as program liaison, ensures compliance with NIH/FDA regulations, develops policies and performance metrics, oversees documentation, procurement, budgeting, reporting, and supervises 4-6 staff to support clinical research execution.

Lead and supervise ophthalmic assistants, manage clinic workflow and staffing, triage patients and refills, perform ocular testing (visual fields, A/B-scan, OCT, autorefraction, fundus photography, IOLMaster, lensometry, topography), measure vision and intraocular pressure, administer dilation drops, maintain equipment/supplies, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide training and performance feedback.
