Develop and maintain reliable, secure, maintainable software solutions. Plan and implement complete functionality, ensure code quality, verify deployments, respond to outages, troubleshoot production issues, improve system stability, document technical support processes, and coordinate with third-party development partners. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration, risk assessment, operational support, and mentoring junior team members.

Supports contact centre system implementations through requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, change control, reporting, documentation, and post-implementation support. Works with business users, technical teams, vendors, and service providers to coordinate tasks, track issues, follow governance processes, and support system improvements. Assists with training materials, user support, testing evidence, implementation documentation, and escalation of risks or defects.

Maintain and support corporate and data center firewalls, administer rule bases, implement network security across perimeter environments, manage patches and capacity planning, and support new site deployments. The role also involves firewall architecture and standards, compliance with PCI DSS, procedure improvement, and collaboration with network teams under time constraints.
