Manages customer credit and rent-to-own renewals while delivering excellent in-store service. Responsibilities include explaining rental agreements, supporting sales and collections, coordinating deliveries and service calls, leading sales representatives, maintaining inventory and vehicles, and preparing products for rental. The Credit Manager also supports store revenue goals, ensures compliance with company policies and laws, and assumes store leadership responsibilities when needed.

Delivers, installs, demonstrates, and maintains rental products while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, securing payments, collecting delinquent accounts, supporting sales and rental orders, maintaining showroom and inventory areas, performing vehicle inspections, and completing basic assembly, repairs, and refurbishment. The role also requires product knowledge, safe driving, field documentation, and promoting referrals and sales materials.

Sales Representatives deliver, install, demonstrate, and maintain rent-to-own products in customers’ homes while providing excellent service. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, securing payments, collecting delinquent accounts, processing rentals and returns, maintaining showroom and stockroom organization, inspecting company vehicles, assembling and refurbishing products, distributing promotional materials, and supporting sales and credit managers. The role requires full-time availability Monday through Saturday with additional hours as needed.
