Owns governance of the enterprise knowledge repository supporting AI agents, including content intake, metadata, taxonomy, versioning, approvals, quality audits, and lifecycle management. Defines agent KPIs, builds Power BI or equivalent dashboards, measures retrieval and operational performance, and quantifies AI business value and ROI. Partners with AI engineering, analytics, stakeholders, and content owners to improve retrieval quality, establish reporting standards, and train teams on governance workflows.

Own AI-enabled full-stack applications from requirements through production. Design and build TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js applications, APIs, integrations, authentication, and data layers. Use AI coding tools and develop LLM, agent, RAG, and MCP features with strong security and governance. Manage CI/CD, Azure deployments, observability, production support, documentation, reusable components, and mentoring while collaborating directly with business and technology stakeholders.
