Conduct operational and quality audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and the Quality Management System. Monitor shipment discrepancies, truck movements, pending RPO/post-receive items, and production output; document findings and follow up on corrective actions. Support inspection, truck audits, and reporting to improve process and product quality.

Plan, direct and coordinate production scheduling and activities to meet sales demand and quality targets. Ensure efficient use of materials, labor and equipment. Manage team performance to achieve productivity, quality and efficiency objectives. Lead staffing and work plans, provide technical guidance, resolve production problems, and adjust schedules or resources to meet completion dates.

Perform incoming and in-process inspections of raw materials and production tanks, monitor for defects at startup, intervals, and end of runs, provide timely feedback to operations, assist root-cause analysis and corrective actions, maintain product traceability, and conduct testing and trials affecting product quality.
