Direct and coordinate production operations while meeting safety, quality, schedule, and productivity goals. Lead, train, and evaluate employees; monitor yields, downtime, and labor; ensure GMP, HACCP, and safety compliance; coordinate staffing and shift communication; collaborate with Quality and Maintenance; and drive process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Leads food production activities by preparing ingredients to specifications, inspecting raw materials, recording production data, and ensuring packaging and palletization requirements are met. Maintains food safety, quality, cleanliness, and compliance with GMP, HACCP, and SSOP standards. Requires effective communication, basic math and reading skills, physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility for overtime and occasional weekends.

Provide friendly, attentive curbside and to-go service for restaurant guests. Responsibilities include handling guest orders, supporting teamwork, maintaining cleanliness and safety, delivering a positive experience, and participating in training.
