Lead full-cycle recruiting and support HR coordination: design sourcing strategies, manage ATS, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and pre-employment checks, onboard new hires, run training and onboarding logistics, and provide general HR support across operations and training programs.

Supervise daily food production operations to meet schedule, quality, safety, and output goals. Lead and train production teams, monitor lines for GMP/HACCP compliance, track production data, coordinate with QA and Maintenance, implement process improvements, manage scheduling, and promote safety and continuous improvement.

Provides curbside and takeout service for restaurant guests, ensuring accurate, timely orders and a friendly experience. Responsibilities include attentive guest interaction, teamwork, maintaining cleanliness and safety, following restaurant procedures, and participating in training.
