Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, background checks, and onboarding. Maintain the Applicant Tracking System and develop recruiting strategies aligned with workforce needs. Coordinate HR onboarding, orientations, training schedules, systems access, exit and stay interviews, and Manager in Training materials. Support Train-the-Trainer programs and collaborate with Operations and Support Center teams on training initiatives while providing general HR support.

Supervise daily food production operations to meet schedule, quality, safety, and output goals. Lead and train production teams, monitor lines for GMP/HACCP compliance, track production data, coordinate with QA and Maintenance, implement process improvements, manage scheduling, and promote safety and continuous improvement.

Provides curbside and takeout service for restaurant guests, ensuring accurate, timely orders and a friendly experience. Responsibilities include attentive guest interaction, teamwork, maintaining cleanliness and safety, following restaurant procedures, and participating in training.
