Leads front desk operations and staff at a full-service hotel, oversees reservations and guest services, resolves guest concerns, coordinates daily activities, and supports occupancy and room revenue goals. The role also involves reporting, budgeting, customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving.

Maintains and repairs the hotel’s interior and exterior facilities, including building structures, grounds, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, FF&E, swimming pool, utilities, and life safety systems. Ensures compliance with corporate standards and applicable local, state, and national codes. Performs preventative maintenance, repairs, and general facility upkeep while working independently.
