The Senior Accountant manages month-end close activities, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, grant and fund accounting, billing, receivables, audits, budgets, tax filings, and financial reporting. The role maintains accounting data and systems, supports departmental analysis and KPI reporting, and collaborates with program teams and external partners to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Provides classroom, academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and independent-living support to students with complex needs. Assists teachers with lesson plans, individualized education plans, behavior strategies, crisis intervention, documentation, and classroom organization. Collaborates with teachers, clinicians, families, and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining student safety, confidentiality, and a supportive educational environment.

Supports school-age children in a safe, engaging after-school environment. Leads activities, assists with homework and enrichment, encourages positive behavior, supervises children, maintains organized spaces, documents attendance, follows safety and childcare licensing requirements, and collaborates with families, school staff, and program teams. The role may involve working with children exhibiting behavioral challenges and requires physical activity, lifting up to 50 pounds, and participation in safety-related restraint exercises.
