Perform full-cycle accounts payable: invoice intake, coding, approvals, Concur expense and invoice administration, weekly payment runs (ACH/checks/wires), vendor relations, reconciliations, W-9/1099 support, month-end close assistance, audit support, and system implementation support.

Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts, support month/quarter/year-end close, manage AP/AR, assist audits and tax filings, produce budgets/forecasts, ensure GAAP compliance, and identify process improvements.

The Integration Specialist will coordinate and manage the integration of newly acquired locations, focusing on operations, systems, and culture alignment while supporting cross-functional teams.
