Lead change management, staff training, KPI tracking, cross-stakeholder communication, and program implementation across six LAAS shelters. Manage Best Friends embed advisors, volunteers, budgets, data collection, and community partnerships to improve shelter operations and lifesaving outcomes.

Lead and advise LAAS on implementing a 3-year Best Friends/ASPCA plan across six shelters. Provide onsite training, manage embed staff and volunteers, track KPIs and data, coordinate budgets and stakeholders, build community partnerships, and drive systemic change to improve lifesaving outcomes.

Partner with regional animal shelters to provide consultative coaching, hands-on lifesaving support, transport animals, develop/enhance programs, lead volunteer teams, and help shelters achieve and sustain a 90% save rate through training, operations improvements, and community engagement.

Connect pets with adoptive families through customer-focused counseling, matching, and follow-up. Support adoptions, foster placements, volunteer coordination, basic animal care, social media content, events, data entry, and cross-team operations to advance lifesaving goals while maintaining safety and recordkeeping.

Lead local marketing strategy and campaigns for the NWA Pet Resource Center. Manage social content and paid media, use data and AI to optimize performance, build marketing systems and automations, strengthen media/influencer partnerships, support events, and mentor a direct report. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoptions, volunteers, and donations while ensuring inclusive, culturally relevant outreach.
