Own complex AWS cloud infrastructure and platform initiatives, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, observability, reliability, security, and incident response. Lead troubleshooting, architecture discussions, resilience improvements, operational standards, and high-impact incident resolution. The role also provides technical mentorship, influences cross-team engineering decisions, and participates in an on-call rotation.

Support Product leadership to run the Product Operating Model and PDLC: manage intake and readiness, maintain tooling and workflows, coordinate meetings and governance, gather data and insights, and drive iterative improvements to cross-functional processes and project execution.

Performs daily bank and customer payment reconciliations, investigates and resolves payment exceptions, processes ACH and wire payments, and supports cash forecasting, liquidity reporting, bank analysis, financial close, and operational audits. Maintains SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI reporting while coordinating with internal teams, banking partners, and payment processors. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, communication, and the ability to meet recurring deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
