Administers organization-wide identity and access management, including provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning for employees, contractors, and vendors. Coordinates joiner-mover-leaver processes, access certifications, remediation, reporting, documentation, audits, and compliance activities. Partners with HR, Security, IT, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to meet service levels, maintain least-privilege access, support regulatory controls, and improve IAM workflows and automation.

Leads strategic existing-customer acquisition and cross-sell marketing initiatives across email and related channels. Owns project roadmaps, campaign launches, segmentation, testing, customer journeys, loyalty programs, timelines, risks, compliance, and performance optimization. Partners with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Consumer Insights, Data Science, and external vendors to translate growth objectives into measurable outcomes while improving workflows and scalable operating models.

Build and deploy machine learning models and end-to-end pipelines for marketing targeting, customer outcomes, and loan origination. Responsibilities include feature engineering, experimentation, model evaluation, monitoring, documentation, governance, and translating analytical findings into business recommendations. The role collaborates with marketing, analytics, product, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver explainable, compliant solutions.
