Provides internal IT support, manages service desk tickets and SLAs, troubleshoots workstation and cloud technology issues, and supports onboarding. Responsibilities include configuring devices through MDM, maintaining hardware and software inventories, managing printers and conference rooms, handling escalations and VIP support, documenting solutions, auditing assets, and improving ticketing workflows.

Supports whole loan sales and securitization transactions by preparing loan tapes, performance data, marketing materials, investor reporting, and transaction documentation. Coordinates with rating agencies, banks, investors, treasury, accounting, finance, risk, legal, and operations teams. Responds to investor inquiries, reconciles monthly reports, analyzes performance data, supports transfers and financings, and automates recurring processes while managing multiple priorities.

Owns credit loss forecasting processes, models, assumptions, and portfolio guidance for personal lending products. Performs scenario analysis, evaluates macroeconomic impacts, sizes changes to underwriting and pricing policies, supports return targets, maintains governance, escalates risks, and partners with Credit Strategy, Capital Markets, and Data teams. The role requires independent judgment, senior stakeholder influence, and mentorship of junior analysts.
