Oversee multi-state, multi-entity payroll operations, including tax filings, state registrations, year-end reporting, variable compensation, payroll adjustments, and compliance. Manage workers’ compensation and unemployment insurance processes, monitor regulatory changes, resolve discrepancies, and partner with HR, Finance, and Accounting. Improve payroll systems, controls, and processes to support organizational growth.
