Manage and improve product information across digital channels through data audits, cleanup, enrichment, taxonomy and hierarchy updates, attribute and facet management, and category optimization. Partner with merchandising, operations, technology, and product data teams to validate changes, resolve issues, and communicate impacts. Use approved AI and automation tools responsibly, validating outputs for accuracy, completeness, relevance, and compliance.

Design, automate, execute, and document software tests across web applications, APIs, microservices, and backend systems. Analyze test coverage, investigate and retest defects, maintain automation scripts, validate acceptance criteria, and communicate testing status. Collaborate with agile cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle, from feature design through deployment.

Supports day-to-day store administration, checkout and customer service, product retrieval, and customer questions. Assists with team leadership, training, hiring activities, interview scheduling, onboarding, and maintaining employee records, hours, and training completion.
