Provide administrative support in a law office: edit/proofread correspondence, coordinate scheduling, CLE and conference enrollment, make travel arrangements, submit expenses, enter contacts and time in firm systems, screen calls, draft engagement letters, and maintain office procedures and confidentiality. Onsite minimum three days per week.

Provide advanced litigation and eDiscovery support across case lifecycle for municipal and civil litigation: manage large ESI, operate eDiscovery platforms and AI/TAR tools, prepare pleadings, discovery, trials, and post-judgment documents, coordinate vendors, perform legal research and document review, and assist at hearings/trials. Meet billable hours, travel on short notice, and supervise/train paralegal staff as needed.

Provide transactional municipal law services for public agency clients, including drafting ordinances and resolutions, advising on open meeting laws, land use and planning, conflicts of interest, free speech, public safety, and election law matters. Work collaboratively within the firm to deliver client-focused legal solutions. Must be licensed in California.
