Program, set up, and operate 4-axis (5-axis preferred) CNC machines to cut composite materials; create/optimize CAM programs (Mastercam preferred); read blueprints/GD&T; perform inspections, maintenance, fabrication and welding; operate forklifts; apply lean methods and continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.

Partner with Regional Sales Managers to build and grow a territory: generate leads, prepare accurate quotes and submittals, manage accounts from first contact through purchase order, maintain CRM, support project management and RSMs, and represent the company at industry events. Emphasis on organization, persistence, and attention to detail.
