Supports fund, investment, and firm-level accounting for a private equity firm, including financial statements, capital accounts, capital calls, distributions, investor reporting, treasury, accounts payable, portfolio valuations, carried interest, tax compliance, budgeting, audits, and transaction-related activities. The role also helps improve finance processes, systems, reporting, and internal controls while progressively taking ownership across a lean team.

The Data Management Analyst will support data operations, assist in process improvements, monitor project milestones, collaborate with teams, and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Leads enhancements to the client advisory service model across investment management, wealth planning, and family office services. Prioritizes initiatives, defines scopes and features, supports eMoney adoption, tracks metrics, gathers advisor feedback, prepares leadership reporting, and coordinates partner relationships and rollout planning.
