Drives technology-enabled operational improvements in a regulated wealth management environment. Designs automation solutions, reconciles and analyzes data across systems, improves data quality, identifies operational risks and control gaps, documents standardized processes, supports audits and system implementations, and translates data into actionable insights. Partners with Operations, Data, and IT teams while managing multiple initiatives and escalating high-impact issues.

Owns execution and lifecycle management of digital platforms and initiatives, partnering with business, design, engineering, compliance, marketing, and advisory teams. Responsibilities include roadmap support, agile team coordination, requirements and user-story development, UX and content governance, design-system management, usage analytics, publishing workflows, optimization, stakeholder influence, and white-glove platform service. The role also involves budget and vendor management, senior leadership presentations, and team mentoring in a regulated financial-services environment.

Provides relationship management and coordinated service delivery for ultra-high-net-worth clients, families, trusts, and foundations. Responsibilities include client communications, meeting coordination, account administration, regulatory reviews, investment implementation, trade and allocation monitoring, trust distributions, charitable gifts, insurance trust administration, and collaboration with tax, fiduciary, investment, and planning teams.
