Owns the Cloud Operations continuous improvement agenda by translating strategy into prioritized cross-functional programs. Responsibilities include roadmap management, process improvement, cloud transformation planning, DevOps and automation adoption, observability, operational metrics, stakeholder alignment, executive reporting, governance, risk management, and vendor coordination. The role partners with scrum, application, infrastructure, security, and compliance teams to improve reliability, cycle times, operational efficiency, and delivery outcomes.

Architect and engineer multi-tenant SIEM, SOAR, EDR, telemetry, and cloud security platforms for managed security services. Build detection content, automate response workflows, optimize log ingestion, and secure customer connectivity. Lead technical discovery, onboarding, security assessments, remediation planning, escalations, solution design, and customer advisory engagements. Create architectures, runbooks, and documentation while shaping the MSSP technology strategy.

Supports finance and business operations across cloud billing, AP/AR, payments, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, reporting, and KPI dashboards. The role manages AWS, GCP, and Azure billing, resolves vendor and customer discrepancies, maintains financial and sales data, supports journal entries and financial statements, and identifies process improvements. It requires fluent Korean and English, strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, analytical ability, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
