Provides administrative support for an electrical service department by answering calls, communicating with customers and technicians, creating and updating work orders, assisting with technician scheduling, maintaining accurate job records, and supporting the Service Manager. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, multitasking, dependability, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Lead development and execution of the company's electrical safety program, ensure OSHA and NFPA 70E compliance, conduct site audits and incident investigations, deliver training, administer KPA safety system, track safety metrics, and engage field leadership to improve safety performance.
