Coordinate production of reprints, reissues and non-trade projects for Michael Joseph and Transworld backlists. Manage schedules, costs and quality, liaise with internal teams and external suppliers, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to publishing standards.

Serve as first point of phone and email contact for internal and external stakeholders. Answer product inquiries, resolve problems, perform analytics (advanced Excel), cross-train across functions, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.

Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns for Berkley and Ace Books, manage social channels and online communities, create platform-first content, analyze performance, coordinate cross-functional campaigns, and support virtual and in-person events to grow readership and engagement.
