This is a three-month, onsite internship in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Provides administrative and office management support for the Miami office, including executive assistance, expense reports, travel arrangements, meetings, HR coordination, onboarding, editorial administration, invoices, reporting, facilities, shipping, presentations, events, and special projects. Requires strong organization, communication, discretion, Microsoft Office proficiency, advanced PowerPoint skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Supports the Quadrille rights team in selling translation rights and fulfilling co-edition and sub-rights agreements. Responsibilities include coordinating with overseas publishers and internal departments, managing production meetings, submitting sales materials and samples, maintaining rights data, producing progress reports, and organizing book fairs and sales trips. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, attention to detail, IT literacy, collaboration, and customer-care skills.
