The role requires state HHS experience, PMP certification, technology expertise, strong communication skills, and up to 50% nationwide travel.

Provides management and information technology consulting across strategy, technology, operations, system implementation, risk management, and process improvement engagements. Responsibilities include client research and analysis, creating deliverables, participating in meetings and project teams, preparing status reports, supporting business development, and contributing to proposals. The role serves higher education, healthcare, commercial, and compliance, security, and risk management clients.
