Prepares and reviews complex federal, state, individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, and gift tax returns. Develops tax planning projections, conducts tax research, prepares memoranda, and responds to IRS and state audits and notices. Manages client deadlines, communicates with clients and tax authorities, delegates work to staff, supports training, and contributes to consulting and special projects.

Manages multiple audit, review, and consulting engagements for commercial clients. Responsibilities include coordinating staffing and workflows, analyzing financial statements, documenting audit conclusions, advising clients on business and process improvements, supporting proposals and business development, and supervising, mentoring, and evaluating associates and interns.

Leads the strategy, design, implementation, and improvement of enterprise leadership development programs. Serves as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor, partnering with senior leaders, HR, and learning teams to assess capability needs, develop leadership curricula, manage vendors and program portfolios, facilitate learning experiences, and measure outcomes. Supports coaching, succession readiness, high-potential development, and leadership effectiveness while aligning investments with organizational priorities.
