Own product execution for patient and provider experiences, translating strategy into roadmaps and shipping improvements that increase retention, engagement, and care quality. Partner with engineering, design, operations, and leadership to simplify workflows, prototype quickly, integrate new capabilities, and apply AI to matching, search, decision support, and user experience. This is a hands-on, full-time in-office role in New York City.

Lead and build the end-to-end finance function: FP&A, accounting/controllership, capital strategy, board/investor reporting, multi-entity financial infrastructure, unit economics and margin analysis, fundraising support, financial controls, and hire/manage a growing finance team.
