Build AI-native healthcare systems and patient- and provider-facing products. Responsibilities include architecting autonomous clinical agents, developing reliable AI infrastructure with evaluation pipelines and guardrails, setting platform technical direction, owning features end to end, improving engineering practices, and working directly with patients and providers. The role is full-stack with a backend and platform focus, using React, TypeScript, Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, AWS, and related technologies.

Own Berry Street’s full lifecycle marketing program across email, SMS, and push. Build automated Customer.io journeys, manage segmentation and data integrations, develop the lifecycle engineering roadmap, run experimentation, monitor performance, and ensure compliance. Partner cross-functionally to improve bookings, attendance, retention, and lifetime value across patient and provider communications.

Own product execution for patient and provider experiences, translating strategy into roadmaps and shipping improvements that increase retention, engagement, and care quality. Partner with engineering, design, operations, and leadership to simplify workflows, prototype quickly, integrate new capabilities, and apply AI to matching, search, decision support, and user experience. This is a hands-on, full-time in-office role in New York City.
