Provides accounting and financial support for On Demand Cargo projects and trips. Responsibilities include customer invoicing, vendor invoice reconciliation, cost tracking, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, payroll and timekeeping support, project closeout, and profitability analysis. The role maintains financial records, prepares dashboards and management reports, supports government filings, and partners with operational and corporate accounting teams to improve controls and reporting accuracy.

Administers government and commercial contracts and subcontracts throughout their lifecycle. Reviews solicitations and contract terms, identifies risks and compliance obligations, supports negotiations, drafts agreements, tracks deliverables and property, monitors subcontractor compliance, maintains contract records and databases, and coordinates approvals with leadership and Legal. The role emphasizes FAR and DFARS compliance, contract closeout, government registrations, and cross-functional contract administration without independent signing authority.
