Manages community, school, nonprofit, and distribution partnerships across Florida’s Suncoast. Coordinates volunteers, book drives, book-drop partners, distribution logistics, CRM data, literacy impact goals, donor stewardship, and volunteer-to-donor conversion. Tracks literacy initiatives and legislation, develops community initiatives, supports fundraising, and represents the organization with schools, government leaders, partners, donors, and media.
