Supports vessel accounting operations by maintaining accounting records and general ledgers, processing payments including crew payroll, preparing monthly reconciliations, communicating financial transactions, and assisting with internal and external audits. The role requires a Finance or Accounting degree, six months to one year of accounting experience, analytical ability, attention to detail, communication skills, English fluency, and adaptability.

Oversees corporate accounting for all legal entities, including financial statements, reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, payments, invoicing, tax filings, budgeting, audits, and compliance with accounting legislation. Produces analytical reports for management, improves accounting policies and procedures, and leads, coaches, and develops the accounting team. The role also manages banking relationships and supports internal and external audits.

Manages procurement and supply chain operations supporting ship and shore activities. Responsibilities include vendor performance, supplier onboarding, contract and policy compliance, procurement KPI monitoring, logistics optimization, inventory and catalog management, audits, dispute resolution, data analysis, and continuous improvement. The role requires a sea-going mariner background and coordinates with buying, fleet, logistics, administration, suppliers, vessels, and warehouses.
