Lead a high-volume dealership service shop by dispatching and monitoring technician workloads, improving efficiency, maintaining communication between advisors, techs and management, tracking productivity goals, managing shop maintenance and tools, and reporting daily status to the Service Manager.

Guide customers through the car-buying process: engage via phone/email/text/in-person, provide product demonstrations, evaluate trade-ins, present pricing, payments and loan options, coordinate with inventory teams, and follow up to ensure a positive purchase experience.

Partner with the CFO to drive financial strategy and growth. Oversee corporate automotive accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting. Improve controls and reporting processes, analyze financial and operational trends to support executive decisions, and collaborate with dealership leadership to drive accountability and performance.
