Manages commercial credit risk and collections for assigned business units. Reviews credit applications, approves customer limits up to $500,000, monitors exposure and aging reports, resolves disputes and delinquent payments, negotiates payment plans, validates ERP order holds, prepares reports, and collaborates with sales and operations. The role also supports credit training, process improvements, customer relationships, and performance against DSO, current-account, bad-debt, and cash-collection KPIs.

Designs and operates Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, Terraform infrastructure, Azure platforms, API Management, and MuleSoft integrations. The role owns reliability engineering through observability, SLOs, incident response, disaster recovery, performance optimization, and cost governance. It also embeds DevSecOps practices and develops AI-assisted automation for troubleshooting, infrastructure, and operational workflows. Responsibilities include technical leadership, standards development, mentoring, production support, and collaboration across development, architecture, security, and infrastructure teams.

Owns item-level demand forecasts and leads regional and local demand reviews within the S&OP process. Partners with sales, customers, supply planning, and operations to analyze demand signals, improve forecast accuracy, identify risks, and align demand and supply plans. Maintains planning tools, develops reporting, drives continuous improvement, and mentors employees in demand planning, Logility, and S&OP practices.
