Leads global technology vendor strategy across more than 125 relationships and approximately $90 million in annual spend. Builds spend, performance, and dependency views; identifies savings and consolidation opportunities; drives sourcing, workforce, and operating-model initiatives; strengthens supplier relationships; supports RFI/RFPs and renewals; manages vendor risk; and partners with Technology and Finance on budgets, forecasts, and measurable value realization.

Leads the enterprise AI security program, including strategy, governance, risk management, architecture, threat modeling, vulnerability management, incident preparedness, regulatory compliance, data protection, and third-party AI risk. Partners with Technology, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Audit, and business leaders to enable secure and responsible adoption of generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, machine learning platforms, and external AI solutions.

Develop and support Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and analytical data products for the SME insurance business. Translate business needs into scalable BI solutions, use advanced SQL to investigate and validate complex datasets, and partner with Data Engineering and Technology teams on data quality, pipelines, governance, and performance. Build trusted reporting across the insurance lifecycle and contribute standards, documentation, and reusable practices to the Global BI Center of Excellence.
