Lead full‑stack engineering for cloud‑native digital SME platforms: design and build frontend and backend systems, APIs, integrations, and databases; drive architecture decisions; own features through deployment and support; mentor engineers; promote engineering best practices, observability, and secure, scalable solutions.

Analyze large, diverse datasets (claims, hazard, geospatial) and apply advanced data science, ML, and AI to model catastrophe, hazard, exposure, and man-made risks. Evaluate vendor models, develop internal risk views and tools, collaborate with domain experts, and support underwriting decision-making and account-specific risk analyses.

Lead strategic planning and delivery of the enterprise Claims Technology portfolio, drive Claims 2.0 core platform implementation, accelerate automation and AI capabilities, enforce governance and stakeholder alignment, mentor project managers, report program health to executives, and embed continuous improvement for global claims modernization.
