The Business Development Manager oversees business development and brand strategy, collaborating with teams to enhance agency performance and profitability through effective relationships and market positioning.

Leads workers compensation insurance business development across Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Western Pennsylvania, and Kentucky. Builds and manages agency partnerships, identifies profitable growth opportunities, monitors agency performance, develops territory and agency plans, evaluates competitive intelligence, and collaborates with underwriting, marketing, IT, claims, and loss control teams. Conducts frequent agency visits and prospect meetings, supports new business and renewals, attends insurance events, and mentors peers.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for building agency partnerships, developing growth plans, analyzing competitors, and driving profitable business in the workers compensation insurance sector. Frequent travel is required.
