Lead a high-volume automotive F&I department across multiple dealerships and brands. Responsibilities include coaching and holding F&I managers accountable, overseeing desking and deal structure, ensuring transparent product presentation, managing contracts in transit, maintaining lender relationships and compliance, improving funding processes, and driving customer experience, profitability, performance, and team development.

Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and Microsoft security tools. Manage identity, endpoint compliance/enrollment, messaging, security controls, and Tier-2/3 escalations. Lead hybrid identity and Exchange migrations, perform root cause analysis, maintain documentation, and support cloud migration and recovery testing.

Welcome and assist customers at the dealership, identify vehicle needs and budgets, explain features/pricing/financing, maintain inventory knowledge, handle sales documentation, and collaborate with team to meet sales goals while building customer relationships.
