Supports the operation of 32 recording studios and suites by troubleshooting audio, video, hardware, software, Dante, and console systems. Maintains equipment, schedules, check-outs, logs, and facility readiness; supervises student Studio Assistants; performs testing and maintenance; supports technology upgrades, specialized equipment requests, and user orientations. Requires evening, weekend, and overnight shift flexibility.

Leads Berklee’s Equity and Title IX functions, overseeing regulatory compliance, staff supervision, civil rights and sexual misconduct investigations, grievance resolution, supportive measures, reporting, trend analysis, appeals, and educational programming. The role requires strategic leadership, trauma-informed practice, cultural competence, and expert knowledge of Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, VAWA, and related federal and state requirements.

Leads strategic financial planning and analysis for Berklee, including long-range modeling, revenue optimization, capital budgeting, debt and liquidity strategy, operating budgets, and strategic revenue ventures. Manages budget professionals and advises executive leadership, trustees, and institutional stakeholders through financial models, scenario analyses, capital allocation frameworks, and decision-support presentations.
