Interns support economics, disputes, investigations, competition, commercial litigation, and insurance claims projects. Responsibilities include researching industries and literature, gathering and testing evidence, analyzing client data, building models, applying statistical techniques, and preparing clear client findings. The role includes structured training, mentorship, teamwork, and opportunities to work on live client engagements.

Lead competition economics consulting projects involving litigation, mergers, antitrust, market investigations, and related matters. Take ownership of major workstreams, make independent decisions, supervise a small team, and communicate complex economic analyses clearly. The role requires experience with German matters, strong English and German communication skills, an advanced economics degree, and proficiency in Excel and statistical programming tools such as R, Stata, or Python.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders across a distributed workforce. Coaches managers, leads leadership development, performance management, employee relations investigations, talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, and change initiatives. Uses people analytics to guide retention, compensation, promotions, and organizational decisions. Partners with recruiting and legal counsel while scaling HR programs and ensuring compliance across multiple states.
