Supports buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements through financial statement review, quality of earnings, working capital analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, and business plan assessment. Prepares client reports, analyses, presentations, and recommendations; identifies purchase price adjustments and deal-structuring insights; collaborates with clients and multidisciplinary teams; supervises project work; and contributes to client pitches and practice development. Travel up to 25% is required.

Lead architecture and hands-on engineering for production AI solutions in financial services. Build RAG and agentic workflows, evaluation systems, LLMOps practices, security safeguards, and governed human-in-the-loop processes. Collaborate with clients, engineers, vendors, and risk teams to deliver reusable solutions, mentor technical staff, define implementation roadmaps, and support consulting pursuits.

Lead full-stack engineering workstreams for secure, accessible AI-enabled applications in financial services. Build TypeScript and React interfaces, Python or Node.js backends, human-review workflows, integrations, authentication, authorization, testing, and deployment pipelines. Collaborate with clients, AI and data specialists, risk teams, and vendors; mentor engineers; establish monitoring and support processes; and create reusable digital assets. The role requires direct client collaboration, technical leadership, and delivery of production applications.
