Guide guests through the complete vehicle purchase process, including vehicle selection, test drives, trade-ins, financing, paperwork, delivery, and post-sale follow-up. Build customer relationships, provide product and pricing expertise, present transparent financing options, manage sales activities, and collaborate with service and parts teams. Previous automotive or retail sales experience is preferred but not required.

Serve as a showroom product and technology expert, demonstrating vehicle features, conducting test drives, explaining infotainment, safety, and connectivity systems, and delivering personalized vehicle handoffs. Support Sales Advisors throughout the buying journey, maintain showroom presentation, configure vehicle technology, and provide post-purchase assistance. The role requires strong communication, technology proficiency, customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
