Guide guests through the complete vehicle purchasing process, from initial contact and vehicle selection through test drives, trade-ins, financing, paperwork, delivery, and post-sale follow-up. Build relationships, provide product and pricing expertise, present transparent financing options, maintain guest satisfaction, and collaborate with service and parts teams. The role requires strong communication, organization, goal orientation, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
