Serve as primary guest contact to guide customers through a negotiation-free car buying process: match inventory to needs, manage test drives, trade-ins, financing, paperwork, follow up, and collaborate with service and parts to ensure high guest satisfaction.

Part-time receptionist to greet guests, route calls, provide administrative support (data entry, filing), maintain a welcoming front desk, offer guest refreshments, and coordinate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure smooth communication and guest satisfaction.

Manage accounts receivable including invoicing, payment posting, reconciliations, aging reports, collections, and month-end close support. Resolve billing discrepancies, communicate with vendors and departments, and support finance administrative tasks.
