Manages dealership finance and insurance operations, including loan and lease processing, lender relationships, credit applications, regulatory paperwork, insurance products, service contracts, fee collection, reporting, and finance penetration. Trains sales staff, coordinates with sales managers, ensures accurate documentation and compliance, supports customer satisfaction, and supervises backup coverage.

Manage used vehicle inventory acquisition, appraisal, reconditioning, pricing, merchandising, and turnover. Maintain accurate inventory records in the DMS, enforce certification and CarBravo processes, coordinate with new vehicle sales leadership, and support sales associates through training, relationship management, and performance oversight. The role focuses on maintaining profitable inventory operations and meeting sales goals.

Leads and develops an automotive dealership sales team, driving sales performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, retention, and referral business.
