Sells and leases new and used Chevrolet vehicles while meeting dealership profit, volume, and customer satisfaction goals. Responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying transportation needs, explaining vehicle features and options, arranging test drives, completing sales paperwork, maintaining prospect and owner follow-up systems, and developing repeat and referral business. The role also requires participation in product and sales training and adherence to dealership policies and ethical standards.

Manages dealership finance and insurance operations, including arranging vehicle financing and leases, selling protection products, processing customer and regulatory paperwork, maintaining lender relationships, ensuring compliance, and maximizing finance profitability. Trains sales staff, monitors finance penetration, handles credit applications and rate quotations, coordinates forecasting, and ensures accurate, timely deal funding and documentation.
