Assists Project Managers with planning, procurement, budgeting, billing, cost controls, subcontractor coordination, quality assurance, document control, change orders, RFIs, and project closeout for concurrent electrical construction projects. Coordinates with clients, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams; monitors schedules, materials, project performance, safety, and financial results. Regularly visits jobsites to evaluate progress, quality, and compliance.

Supports human resources operations including recruiting administration, onboarding, pre-employment screening, employee documentation, compliance tracking, evaluations, transfers, terminations, unemployment claims, certifications, licensing, badging, and employee inquiries. Maintains HR tracking tools and reports, coordinates paperwork, follows up with employees and supervisors, and assists with special projects while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.

Coordinates and oversees construction site safety programs, including safety planning, orientations, training, inspections, corrective actions, incident investigations, documentation, and regulatory compliance. The role works with foremen, superintendents, general contractors, and client safety personnel to identify and resolve hazards, manage safety records, and promote employee engagement in the company’s safety culture.
