Supports HR operations including recruiting offers, pre-employment screening, onboarding documentation, employee records, compliance tracking, evaluations, transfers, licensing, benefits paperwork, unemployment claims, terminations, and employee inquiries. Maintains tracking tools and reports, coordinates follow-ups, processes employment documentation, and assists with special HR projects while ensuring policy and legal compliance.

Provides administrative and operational support to project management and regional staff, including purchasing, financial documentation, timekeeping, accounts payable and receivable support, payroll coordination, compliance, licensing, credit card management, travel arrangements, office attendance, reporting, special projects, and company events. The role requires independent judgment, research, data analysis, process improvement, and coordination across corporate and field personnel.
