Design end-to-end product flows and prototypes, run qualitative and quantitative user research, propose pragmatic solutions, prioritize initiatives, own key metrics, iterate with engineering, and contribute to the design system to scale a social consumer app.

Build and manage a network of Japanese influencers, creators, and actors for BeReal video advertising. Identify creators, negotiate contracts, oversee local production, edit content, track performance, maintain a creator CRM, and report insights to global teams. Adapt creative concepts to Japanese audiences, monitor social trends and competitors, and collaborate with Product, User Acquisition, and Creative teams.

Lead BeReal’s Japan creative strategy and paid marketing production. Manage a team of creative producers and influencer coordinators, prioritize user acquisition initiatives, analyze performance and KPIs, develop creative concepts, benchmark competitors, share global best practices, and lead experiments involving new tools and AI processes. The role requires mobile app performance marketing, influencer management, project leadership, and fluent English.
