Define agent-executable specifications, build agent orchestration and MCP infrastructure, and create behavioral verification, evaluation, sandboxing, and governance systems. Direct AI agents delivering ingestion, schema, snapshots, calculated fields, and export services. Assess generated solutions for scalability, performance, reliability, and security; diagnose production issues; and collaborate with product, analytics, support, and engineering teams.

Own an AI-agent-driven backend development pipeline for multi-tenant data platform services. Write executable specifications, manage parallel coding agents, build agent infrastructure and MCP tool layers, and create behavioral verification, evaluation, governance, and performance gates. Diagnose production data issues, assess generated architectures, and collaborate with platform, analytics, support, and product teams. The role requires senior .NET/C# and PostgreSQL expertise, strong specification and verification skills, and experience directing AI-generated production software.

Serve as the primary consultant for French-speaking clients on pay equity and transparency initiatives. Advise on EU regulations, conduct and interpret pay gap analyses, design remediation plans, map compensation processes, configure PaySuite, and support testing, training, and UAT. Manage concurrent projects, data requirements, scope, timelines, and senior stakeholders while translating complex analysis into actionable insights.
