Manage concurrent projects, data requirements, scope, timelines, and senior stakeholders while translating complex analysis into actionable insights.

Own end-to-end drafting and negotiation of complex B2B SaaS agreements for enterprise clients across US territories. Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and leadership on deal support, data protection, security terms, and contract lifecycle management. Build scalable templates, playbooks, governance processes, and training programs while supporting CLM implementation and post-execution obligations.

Own end-to-end drafting and negotiation of complex B2B SaaS and technology contracts across EMEA. Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and leadership to support enterprise deals, manage contract lifecycles, and address data protection and security requirements. Build scalable templates, playbooks, governance processes, and CLM workflows; administer CLM integrations and deliver commercial contracting training.
