Diagnose production data issues, assess generated architectures, and collaborate with platform, analytics, support, and product teams. The role requires senior .NET/C# and PostgreSQL expertise, strong specification and verification skills, and experience directing AI-generated production software.

Serve as the primary consultant for French-speaking clients on pay equity and transparency initiatives. Advise on EU regulations, conduct and interpret pay gap analyses, design remediation plans, map compensation processes, configure PaySuite, and support testing, training, and UAT. Manage concurrent projects, data requirements, scope, timelines, and senior stakeholders while translating complex analysis into actionable insights.
