As a Business Development Representative at beqom, you will drive outbound sales efforts by engaging senior HR and finance leaders, managing cold calls, qualifying inbound leads, and collaborating with Account Executives in building the pipeline.

Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers across North America to drive retention, upsell, and expansion revenue. Develop account plans, build executive relationships, lead complex multi-stakeholder negotiations, create pipeline from the installed base, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Services to deliver commercial outcomes.

Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers across North America to drive retention, expansion and revenue growth. Develop account plans, identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities, lead complex multi-stakeholder negotiations, maintain forecasts and use MEDDICC-like methodologies. Partner with Customer Success, Product, Services and Executive Sponsors to align commercial strategy and address operational issues while growing pipeline from the installed base.
